We’re looking for a hands-on Sales Manager who understands both people and projects. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on solving homeowner problems, has experience in home repairs, and enjoys seeing jobs through from estimate to execution.

You’ll meet with inbound residential leads (no cold calling!), assess their needs, and provide practical repair solutions. If you enjoy wearing both the sales hat and the toolbelt (literally or figuratively), this is your opportunity to lead from the front.

Responsibilities

• Engage with residential leads provided by the company—no cold outreach required
• Evaluate homes to identify repair and improvement needs
• Offer clear, trustworthy recommendations and estimate scopes of work
• Perform minor repairs yourself when possible, or coordinate with our technician team
• Ensure project details are captured accurately in CRM/job management software
• Deliver exceptional customer service from first contact to job close-out
• Represent the Punch List Pros brand with professionalism and integrity

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in residential home repair, construction, or handyman work
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to assess scope of work and price projects accurately
• Comfortable performing light repairs independently
• Tech-savvy with experience in CRM or estimating/job tracking tools
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
• Friendly, dependable, and solution-oriented mindset
