A successful HRIS / Workday Support Administrator must have an in-depth knowledge of HRIS and HR Support Systems and functionality to be able to maintain and improve the daily operation of our HR Processes and Services. They will perform a range of duties including day-to-day systems maintenance, documenting system requirements, launching key HR processes, HRIS system data maintenance, editing business processes and preparing custom reports. In addition, this person will be the key liaison with the IT team who will support heavy system configuration and key integrations.
Other Responsibilities Include:
- Maintain the day-to-day activities of the HRIS System
- Create custom reports and enhance dashboard offerings as requested by the business
- Troubleshoot Integrations with outside vendors and IT
- Support management on structural policy matters related to the HRIS System
- Maintain data integrity in systems by regularly analyzing data
- Perform regular assessments and improvements to the HRIS
- Design user-friendly processes
- Oversee all system upgrades and system additions
- Deliver end-user training
- Provide support to the People Experience team as it relates to the HRIS System functionality
Required Skills and Experience:
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in an HRIS position
- Workday HCM knowledge is required
- Experience with ADP Vantage preferred
- Practical experience with HR database administration, including payroll systems
- Proven ability to demonstrate strong analytical and investigative skills
- Good communication, coloration and organizational skills

- Attendance- Ability to maintain the scheduled days and hours, including onsite presence at the assigned location as specified.
- Physical Capacities- Lift up to 25 pounds on occasion, sitting and standing for extended periods.
- Operation of Office Equipment- Job requires operation of equipment common to office settings, including computers, copiers, and other office equipment, including Near Vision, Manual Dexterity, and working in proximity to equipment.
