We are actively recruiting for  Robeson County to join our Intensive Support Social Work Team (ISSWT) for  After-Hours On-Call Response Team.

Robeson County On-Call Response Opportunity

We're partnering with Robeson County DSS to provide after-hours and weekend on-call response. Robeson receives approximately 200–220 reports monthly, with around 160 accepted. This is your opportunity to be part of a frontline team that ensures safety and timeliness in response—when it matters most.

• Monday–Thursday: A4O handles all intake reports and responds to any screened in as "Immediate".

• Friday–Sunday: A4O responds to all reports screened in as "Immediate" or requiring a 24-hour response, or when requested by the on-call DSS supervisor.

Required Competencies

• Five or more years of CPS experience in North Carolina (supervisory experience or forensic training preferred)

• Strong understanding of NC policy, practice, and CQI principles

• Tech-savvy and self-directed, with excellent communication skills

• Flexible, emotionally regulated, and ready to support organizational change

• Willingness to travel statewide and work nontraditional hours as needed

• Must meet all IATSW requirements
