Job Description
Fusion Academy is on the lookout for a detail-oriented and analytical Associate Data Analyst to join our innovative team. In this role, you will hold a pivotal position in supporting our efforts to utilize data-driven insights to enhance our educational programs and operations. As an Associate Data Analyst, you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to inform decision-making across various departments. You will collaborate with educators and administrators to deliver actionable insights that improve student outcomes and drive the overall success of our academy. Your keen analytical skills and ability to visualize data will play a key role in presenting findings that influence curriculum development, resource allocation, and instructional strategies. Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze data from multiple sources to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
- Assist in the development of reports and dashboards that effectively communicate analysis findings.
- Collaborate with educational teams to understand data needs and deliver data solutions.
- Support the integration of data analytics into decision-making processes.
- Conduct data validation and ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Perform ad hoc analyses to address specific inquiries from various stakeholders.
- Stay updated on data analysis best practices and emerging technologies in the field.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Analytics, Statistics, or a related field.
- Proven experience in data analysis, preferably in an educational setting.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, Python, R).
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate complex data concepts in an understandable manner.
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
- Proficient in problem-solving and able to work collaboratively in a team environment.
