Job Description
THE AGENCY
OMG23 is the Omnicom Media Group agency dedicated to Walt Disney Studios, Disney+ and Disney's multiple television networks. At OMG23, we have the privilege of partnering with Disney on the planning, buying and implementation of its integrated ad campaigns for some of the entertainment industry's most iconic brands. Our Walt Disney Studios team works on titles that include a wide variety of blockbuster films distributed under the Walt Disney Studios, Marvel Studios, Lucasfilm, Pixar Animation Studios, Walt Disney Animation Studios, 20th Century, and Searchlight banners. Our Disney Entertainment TV teams work on tune in and streaming for networks including ABC, ABC News, Disney Channels, Freeform, National Geographic and FX. We live movies and TV. THE ASSIGNMENT
- 3-6 month assignment starting ASAP
- 40+ hours per week
- Assignment requires work schedule to be Wednesday through Sunday OR Thursday through Monday
- Hybrid in Los Angeles preferred but open to Chicago, New York or San Francisco
THE JOB
The Temporary Consultant, Paid Social is responsible for working with the Disney Studios Social team across their specialty platforms to execute campaign strategies supporting client goals.
- Strong knowledge of the paid social landscape and best practices (Meta, TikTok, Snap)
- Implementation and maintenance of campaigns in platform UIs
- Manage daily budget pacing and understand basic bid management and optimizations
- Report and analyze on key performance indicators and identify opportunities for improvement
- Thorough QA of all campaign executions and reporting
YOU
We encourage you to apply if the below describes your experience and talents:
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in paid social execution including planning, executing, and optimizing
- Highly skilled in Meta ads UI, basic understanding in-platform on TikTok and Snap
- Basic understanding in-platform on Twitter and Pinterest a plus but not required
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to be agile and adaptable within a quick turnaround business environment
- Demonstrated proactive approach to problem solving and critical thinking
- Demonstrated ability to articulate and communicate clearly when participating in internal and client-facing meetings
- Excellent ability to convey complex ideas clearly and concisely
- Mastery of intermediate Excel skills
- Knowledge of ad serving, tagging, and media billing tools a plus
This is a hybrid role based in Burbank, CA.

Pay range: $30-82/hr
This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, other job-related qualifications/skills, and geographic location (to account for comparative cost of living). The Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
This role is hybrid, requiring three (3) days per week in the office. The remaining two (2) days may be worked remotely. Specific in-office days will be discussed during the interview process, with flexibility to align with team needs. Please note that the number or required in-office days may be adjusted over time, potentially increasing the number of required in-office days based on business needs.
