Job Description

We are an INDEPENDENT AGENCY servicing customers nationwide.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- As a Customer Service Agent your main responsibility will be to grow customer loyalty and keep agency retention at or above 95%
- Grow and maintain best in class customer relationships from the initial sale or call and throughout their experience at McCluskey
- Full Time - Monday to Friday - Possible Saturdays
- Gather and analyze key information to help clients find the most discounts and best coverage options
- Cross Sell existing clients to help find the right insurance solutions and to maximize all policy discounts
- Assist the personal lines renewal process to discuss existing and new policy opportunities
- Best in class support of all customers on incoming and out-going calls. Professionally handle II billing renewal and new business request promptly
- Answer phones, handle billing issues, renewals etc.
WE’RE LOOKING FOR A SELF-STARTER WHO MEETS THE FOLLOWING QUALIFICATIONS:
- 2 years of successful personal lines sales experience
- P&C Insurance license for OH
- Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up
- Excellent communication/people skills
- Confidence and ability to take initiative
- Ability to work independently within a team
