GoodVets is looking to hire a Director of Growth and Acquisition to take a pivotal leadership role within our growing marketing team. Reporting to the Senior Vice President of Digital, the Director of Growth and Acquisition will be responsible for all of our new customer acquisition efforts, including but not limited to our Paid and Earned Media strategy. This is a unique opportunity to have a foundational impact on a business growing quickly year over year.
- Lead strategy, planning and execution for our performance marketing function – managing a lean team of media buyers and steering the program toward increased efficient spend potential.
- Oversee media creative development, inclusive of both in house and external creative resources.
- Manage multiple vendor relationships, including but not limited to Google, Meta, TikTok.
- Develop a suite of enhanced marketing dashboards in conjunction with the GoodVets Analytics team – allowing for data driven decision making and optimization across our growth and acquisition efforts.
- Collaborate closely with integrated marketing, digital experience, product, and ops stakeholders at GoodVets to enhance the holistic GoodVets customer experience.
- 7-10 years of experience working in media at businesses spending $10MM+ annually.
- Experience with digital buying frameworks at the enterprise level, with a focus on performance marketing across paid search and paid social platforms.
- A willingness to move fast and break things in pursuit of innovation and efficiency unlocks.
- Data driven, analytical mindset to be applied across growth and acquisition efforts.
- Experience with multi touch attribution and media mix modelling frameworks.
- Desire to build a comprehensive testing roadmap across marketing touchpoints, enabling constant optimization, refinement, and performance improvement.
- Excellent leadership and collaboration skills, with experience working with cross-functional teams across marketing disciplines.
