Job Summary

Supervises hourly associates to ensure their practices comply with company policies and procedures.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Supervises and trains hourly staff to ensure policy and procedures are implemented.

Complete all duties to manage inventory for Bulls, Hawks, Concerts, and other events

Manages inventory and ensures counts are accurate on all receivings

Lead the team to stay on task with various responsibilities during all times of their shifts

Communicates with internal and external managers and works together with them to achieve results

Be able to use technology including RFID and handheld scanners

Complete cycle counts regularly to keep accurate inventory

Be familiar with using warehouse inventory systems

Be skillful in mitigating conflicts in the work environment

Innovative mindset in providing solutions to day-to-day problems

Getting certified and operating forklift equipment in a safe and efficient manner

Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Ability to lift and move up to 70 pounds.

At least 2 years of experiencing leading a team, preferably in a warehouse environment

Be proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel

Proficient in communicating through email and other forms

Works a flexible schedule that includes both morning and late night shifts
