Multifamily Design Coordinator

Your Role: Multifamily Design Coordinator

As a Multifamily Design Coordinator, you’ll be the vital link between Estimating, Sales, Design, and Management teams. You’ll help bring projects to life by managing quotes, coordinating orders, and ensuring seamless communication across departments. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and love keeping things organized and on track, this is your opportunity to make a real impact.

What You’ll Do

  • Serve as the go-to liaison across departments to keep projects moving smoothly.
  • Purchase Engineering Wood Products (EWP) and hardware while maintaining strong vendor relationships.
  • Upload truss and panel designs into MBA software for production.
  • Organize and maintain project data across multiple platforms.
  • Participate in weekly project progress meetings and contribute to continuous improvement.
  • Take on additional responsibilities as needed—your growth is our growth.

What You Bring

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or higher a plus).
  •  2+ years of experience in a related role.
  • Familiarity with MiTek software is a bonus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Access.
  • Strong math and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and multitasking abilities.
