Job Description

At Nissan, Mazda, Quick Lube Elk Grove, and Elk Grove Custom, we take pride in maintaining award-winning facilities that match the high level of service we deliver to our customers. We are seeking a Maintenance Manager to oversee the upkeep and safety of two dealerships, an express center, a body shop, and surrounding grounds.

Compensation

  • $32.00 – $40.00 per hour (based on experience and certifications)

  • Work vehicles and all tools provided while on site.

  • All locations are conveniently located in the Elk Grove Automall – no long commutes!

Schedule

  • Full-Time: Monday – Friday, Flexible Schedule

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the maintenance, safety, and upkeep of all dealership properties and grounds.

  • Perform and manage preventative and corrective maintenance on HVAC and electrical systems, as well as general building systems.

  • Lead and support a small maintenance/custodial team across multiple sites.

  • Hire and coordinate with outside vendors as needed.

  • Conduct regular facility inspections to ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards.

  • Maintain accurate logs and records for all repairs, inspections, and equipment.

  • Support operations by ensuring a clean, safe, and efficient work environment.

Requirements

  • Current certifications in Electrical and HVAC required.

  • 3–5 years of experience as a maintenance supervisor or lead technician.

  • Strong mechanical and technical aptitude, including experience in multiple trades.

  • Ability to supervise a team and manage an open task list across multiple sites.

  • Familiarity with KPA, CAL OSHA, and environmental/safety compliance preferred.

  • Forklift certification helpful (training provided if needed).

  • Must be physically able to stand, bend, stoop, climb, reach, and lift up to 40 lbs.

  • Basic computer proficiency; ability to track maintenance digitally.

  • Bilingual in Spanish is a plus but not required.
