Position Summary
iEducate is seeking a Senior Manager of Tutor Recruitment, Selection, and Placement to lead efforts in attracting, evaluating, and placing qualified tutors in school and district partnerships. This role focuses on developing recruitment strategies, building key partnerships, and ensuring effective tutor placements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a strategic recruitment framework to attract top tutor candidates.
- Build partnerships with universities, recruiting organizations, and community groups to create a strong tutor pipeline.
- Lead outreach efforts through digital campaigns, events, and direct engagement.
- Conduct interviews, assess candidates, and make final tutor selection decisions.
- Oversee the onboarding process, ensuring a seamless transition from selection to placement.
- Manage interview scheduling, applicant communications, and tutor placement logistics.
- Track and monitor tutor acquisition, ensuring successful onboarding and retention.
- Facilitate end-of-semester evaluations and determine tutor re-selection eligibility.
- Collaborate with leadership to manage performance assessments and offboarding processes.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's in HR, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred) or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR, preferably in high-volume or education sectors.
- Expertise in full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, and selection.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and job board management.
- Experience using data-driven strategies to track metrics and optimize hiring processes.
- Strong relationship-building with universities, community organizations, and stakeholders.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
