About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate individual to join our team as a Math Learning Center Manager at Mathnasium in Charlotte, NC. As the leading math-only learning center in the country, we are dedicated to helping children excel in math and love learning.
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the learning center
- Supervise and support a team of math instructors
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new students
- Conduct assessments and create customized learning plans for students
- Communicate with parents about student progress
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in education, mathematics, or related field
- Prior experience in education or management role
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Passion for math education and helping students succeed
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
