Job Description
Astera Health is seeking an Information Systems Technician to work collaboratively with the Information Technology Department.
This position is a Full-Time position scheduled at 80 hours per biweekly pay period, Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm with on call rotation.

Some responsibilities of the Information Systems Technician include, but are not limited to the following:
- Provides general end user workstation assistance
- Troubleshoot and triage helpdesk tickets and phone calls with efficiency and timeliness
- Collaborate and assist IT team on projects and tickets
- Participate in an on-call rotation within the department
- Provide end user training for applicable systems and software
- Assist users with mobile devices and telephone troubleshooting
- Install low voltage infrastructure
- Maintain knowledge on current end user technology
Education and experience required:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Or combined years of relevant education and experience to perform the essential duties of this position
