Key Responsibilities:
- Independently perform HVACR servicing jobs for our valued customers.
- Collaborate effectively within our Service Department teams to ensure prompt and efficient service.
- Provide on-the-job training to support the development of fellow team members.
- Drive sales through proactive point-of-work recommendations and lead generation.
- Support IAQ and Installation Departments as needed.
- Additional duties as directed by the Service Manager.
Qualifications:
- Minimum one year of successful HVACR experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to read and apply manufacturers' instructions accurately.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development in HVACR.
- Valid (state) operator's license and ability to operate corporate fleet vehicles.
- Adaptability to work under varying conditions and pressures.
