🔧 Now Hiring: Full-Time Restoration Technician/Driver

Schedule: Monday–Friday | Full-Time

Location: New Jersey Area (SERVPRO® of East Windsor & SERVPRO® of Old Bridge/Cranbury)

On-Call: 1 week/month rotation may be required

About the Position:

SERVPRO®, a busy and respected restoration company in New Jersey, is seeking a dependable and motivated Restoration Technician to join our growing team. This is a full-time position, ideal for someone who is hands-on, safety-conscious, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to water, fire, mold, and storm damage restoration jobs
Perform demolition, debris removal, cleaning, drying, and equipment setup
Assist team leads with job execution and customer interaction
Maintain clean and organized job sites and vehicles
Complete documentation and follow SERVPRO® processes
Participate in occasional on-call rotation (1 week per month)

Qualifications:

Prior experience in restoration, construction, or labor-intensive work is a plus
Able to lift 50+ lbs and perform physically demanding tasks
Must be available Monday through Friday, with flexibility for on-call duty
Valid driver’s license with a clean 5-year record and no accidents (required)
High school diploma or GED preferred
Strong work ethic, team attitude, and communication skill
