Job Description

As an HVAC Installation Professional you will be a key member of our team. You will be responsible for the quality and efficient installation of new units or replacement parts for existing units according to specifications and established safety guidelines. Candidates should have knowledge of the field's commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures and may be required to use said knowledge to collect and provide prompt accurate data used to measure and monitor the quality of work performed in the field.
We are looking for someone who has prior experience in the heating and cooling industry. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Self-motivated, thrives in fast moving environments and able to manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
Qualified applicants must pass a background check and drug screen, have a professional appearance and clean driving record!
Specific Responsibilities:
- Installation, maintenance, and repair of refrigeration and air conditioning systems
- Insure the efficient use of materials and maintain adequate stock of necessary equipment
- Collect payment and/or payment information from customers for work performed
- Keep company vehicle and equipment properly serviced, clean, and in good working order and condition
- Complete invoices, daily route sheets, and weekly reports as required
- Perform other duties as needed which may include cross-training in related positions
Job Requirements:
- Experienced Residential HVAC & Refrigeration knowledge
- CFC Certification
- Valid State Driver's License & clean driving record
- Able to lift up to 50-100lbs
- Excellent communication skills
- Professional appearance and personality
