Site Safety Tech – Heavy Civil & Mission Critical Projects
📍 Location: Jefferson Township, OH (Travel Required)

Gregory Construction, a Christian-principled, award-winning contractor, is seeking a Site Safety Tech to assist in daily safety operations across our heavy civil and mission critical construction projects. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for someone passionate about construction safety and eager to grow within a strong safety culture.

Key Responsibilities:

Support implementation of Site-Specific Safety Plans (SSSPs).
Conduct daily safety observations and hazard reporting.
Assist with toolbox talks, pre-task planning, and safety meetings.
Monitor use of PPE, fall protection, and other safety measures.
Assist in documenting incidents, near misses, and corrective actions.

Required Qualifications:

1–3 years of construction safety or field experience (mission critical preferred).
OSHA 10 required; OSHA 30 and CPR/First Aid preferred.
Basic knowledge of trenching, excavation, and fall protection safety.
Ability to travel regularly to job sites.
Strong communication skills and willingness to learn.
