Position: Baker - Elevate Our Bakery Program!
Compensation: $35-$45 per hour including tips (tip pool environment)

As we prepare to expand into our second location, we are looking to build a bakery program that will set new standards in artisanal baking and pastry.
Who We’re Looking For:
We need a passionate and experienced Baker to lead our bakery department. This is more than just a job; it’s an opportunity to take full ownership of our bakery program and bring a new level of creativity and quality to Sunrose.
Key Responsibilities:
  •     Artisanal Craftsmanship: Create a variety of high-quality breads and pastries from scratch, ensuring consistency and creativity.
  •     Bakery Leadership: Manage the bakery operations, taking ownership of product quality, scheduling, and inventory.
  •     Recipe Development: Innovate and introduce new items, keeping our offerings fresh and aligned with seasonal trends.
  •     Collaboration: Work closely with the kitchen and front-of-house teams to deliver a seamless guest experience.
    • What You Bring:
  •     Experience: Minimum of 5 years of professional baking experience, with a strong portfolio of both breads and pastries.
  •     Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead, mentor, and inspire a small team.
  •     Attention to Detail: High standards for quality, presentation, and food safety.
  •     Passion: A deep love for baking and a drive to elevate our bakery program.
