Are you a detail-driven banking professional who loves leading teams, streamlining processes, and making an impact behind the scenes?

We are seeking a Banking Services Manager to lead our Banking Services department and ensure smooth, efficient back-office operations. In this role, you'll be the driving force behind the systems and processes that support our deposit accounts, customer communications, and regulatory compliance. You'll lead a talented team, collaborate across departments, and use a risk-based mindset to keep operations strong and customer experiences seamless.

What You'll Do

  • Lead and develop your team. Build a supportive, high-performing culture where people thrive and take pride in their work. Hire, coach, and grow your team members while ensuring alignment with our mission and values.

  • Drive operational excellence. Oversee processes tied to deposit account maintenance, customer correspondence, deposit account collections, consumer lending, and legal notices (like levies, garnishments, and subpoenas).

  • Champion compliance and quality. Use a risk-based approach to monitor workflows, ensure accuracy, and uphold regulatory and internal standards.

  • Collaborate across departments. Partner with Customer Experience, Operations, IT, and others to align priorities, improve systems, and enhance the overall customer journey.

  • Monitor performance and plan strategically. Deliver on KPIs, provide actionable insights, and contribute to department and bank-wide initiatives.

  • Keep learning and improving. Evaluate systems, analyze processes, and recommend changes that enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.

What You'll Bring

  • Experience: At least 3 years in banking, including 1+ year in a leadership or supervisory role.

  • Education: High school diploma required; college degree preferred.

  • Skills & Knowledge:

  • Strong grasp of deposit operations, FDIC regulations, BSA, and related compliance areas.

  • Advanced Excel skills and comfort with system integrations and testing.

  • Excellent communication skills - written and verbal - for working across teams and with customers.

  • A proactive, analytical mindset with the ability to spot improvement opportunities and lead change.
