Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and inspire the banquet team to deliver exceptional guest service and uphold quality standards.

• Oversee all aspects of banquet events, including setup, execution, and breakdown.

• Greet guests warmly and ensure their needs are met throughout the event.

• Provide support during service by assisting with food and beverage delivery when needed.

• Communicate effectively with guests and respond promptly and courteously to requests or concerns.

• Train and mentor team members on plated and reception-style service (training available).

• Monitor guest satisfaction and proactively anticipate needs to enhance the overall experience.

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.

• Perform side work and preparations for upcoming events.

• Cross-train within the Food & Beverage department to support other outlets during the off-season.

What We're Looking For:

• Proven banquet or hospitality leadership experience

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• A hands-on leader with a guest-first mindset

• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays

• Commitment to team success and a high level of professionalism
