Job Description

What You'll Do

Prepare and portion ingredients, following recipes and specifications provided by the Banquet Chef

Assist in cooking and assembling items for buffets, plated meals, and banquet functions

Ensure consistent quality, taste, and presentation across all banquet dishes

Maintain a clean, organized workstation and follow food safety and sanitation standards

Assist with receiving and storing deliveries, rotating stock, and minimizing waste

Support banquet kitchen operations during service, including setup and breakdown

Who You Are

Dependable and detail-oriented, with prior kitchen or prep cook experience (banquet or high-volume kitchens preferred)

Able to follow instructions and recipes with accuracy and consistency

Organized and efficient in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Physically able to stand for long periods and handle lifting and carrying of supplies

Passionate about food and eager to grow in a professional culinary setting
