Job Description
- FULL TIME / PART TIME Morning/Mid-day/Evening shift. Must be fully available for any day and any shift throughout the week, including weekends.
- Provide friendly customer service at the cash register and prepare orders received from walk-in customers or online orders.
- Cook teas, toppings, and Boba to prepare for current and next day’s use.
- Clean and organize the store at the end of the day if applicable.
- Collaborate with a group of coworkers in maintaining a productive, fun, and safe work environment.
Requirements:
- At least 3-6 months of experience in the boba industry is preferred.
- Availability and flexibility to work various shifts.
- Great customer service and work attitude.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Food handlers certificate.
- Great team management skills.
- Basic math and computer skills.
- Eligible to work in the United States and is 18 years of age or older.
