What You'll Do
Prepare classic and signature cocktails with consistency and care
Maintain bar setup, cleanliness, and inventory throughout each shift
Engage guests with warm, attentive service and menu knowledge
Work closely with servers and the kitchen to ensure smooth service flow
Follow all health and safety regulations, including proper handling of alcohol
