Bath Installer Helper/Labor Assistant – Luxury Bath of San Diego
Position: Labor AssistantEmployment Type: Part-Time/Full time (25-40 hours per week)Starting Wage: $18 per hourBenefits: Gas reimbursement, phone reimbursement, weekly pay
-We are currently seeking a motivated Labor Assistant to join our crew and assist with various aspects of bathroom remodeling projects.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist with the demolition and removal of old bathroom fixtures and materials
- Help with the installation of new fixtures, tiles, and other bathroom components
- Transport materials and tools to and from job sites
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Support the lead remodeler with various tasks as needed
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines at all times
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in construction or remodeling
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical labor
- Reliable transportation to and from job sites (must have a drivers license)
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Attention to detail and a commitment to quality
