Job Description
The Room Attendant at The Verve Hotel - Boston Natick is responsible for maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and presentation in guest rooms and public areas of the hotel.
Responsibilities:
- Cleaning and servicing assigned guest rooms in a timely and organized manner
- Replacing and restocking amenities in rooms
- Maintaining cleanliness of public areas including lobby, hallways, and elevators
- Responding promptly to guest requests and inquiries
- Following safety and security procedures
Requirements:
- Previous experience in housekeeping or cleaning preferred
- Attention to detail and the ability to work independently
- Good communication skills
- Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Available to work weekends and holidays
