As the Product Adoption Team Leader at RF-SMART, you'll lead a dynamic team of Warehouse Consultants while shaping our strategic approach to helping customers embrace our cutting-edge warehouse management solutions for NetSuite. What You’ll Do:
Lead & Develop Team: Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing team of Warehouse Consultants, fostering a culture of continuous learning and customer-centric problem-solving. Provide coaching, performance management, and career development support to team members.
Strategic Planning & Execution: Develop and implement comprehensive adoption strategies at scale, establishing methodologies and best practices for the team to drive customer transitions from legacy and customized functions to new RF-SMART solutions.
Program Management: Design and oversee the execution of the product adoption program, including creating standardized processes, success metrics, and reporting frameworks to track team and individual performance.
Stakeholder Management: Partner with senior leadership, product teams, and Strategic Account Executives to align adoption initiatives with company objectives. Serve as the escalation point for complex customer situations and strategic decisions.
Resource Optimization: Manage team capacity, workload distribution, and resource allocation to maximize efficiency and ensure successful customer outcomes across multiple concurrent projects.
Data-Driven Decision Making: Analyze adoption metrics, customer feedback, and usage trends to refine strategies and make data-backed recommendations for both team operations and product improvements.
Drive Customer Retention: Convert product education and customer engagement into tangible adoption wins, contributing to company revenue goals through successful migrations.
Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with other department leaders to ensure seamless coordination between sales, implementation, support, and product teams in service of customer success.
Business Impact & Reporting: Develop and present regular updates to executive leadership on team performance, adoption metrics, and strategic initiatives, including ROI analysis and success stories.
What You Bring:
- Education & Experience: A Bachelor’s degree in a supply chain-related field or equivalent experience. Experience in warehouse operations and familiarity with ERP systems, especially NetSuite, is a plus.
- Communication & Presentation: You’re a clear communicator with excellent presentation skills, whether in person or through web demos.
- Strategic and problem solving mindset: You are curious to understand the full picture or problem before jumping to conclusions and are open to uncovering other opportunities for training or helping the customer beyond the problem they come to you about.
