Job Description
The Radiologic Technologist 1 is an entry-level position responsible for performing routine imaging procedures under direct supervision. Responsible for conducting imaging procedures, processing diagnostic images using specialized equipment, and ensuring the highest standards of patient care through direct interaction with patients. Continuous professional development through medical and technical education is integral to maintaining and enhancing their skills, ensuring that patients receive high-quality care and diagnostic results.
Education
- Technical Program Radiologic Technologist or Associate's degree Radiography
License
- General Radiographer, Nuclear Medicine Technologist or Radiation Therapy Technologist
Certification
- Basic Life Support (BLS) from American Heart Association or American Red Cross
