As a member of this team you will contribute to CDM Smith's success by;
- Working onsite at our client, estimating revenues on Toll Projects resulting in forecasts utilized in Project Financings.
- Auditing and internal controls.
- Leads project teams and conducts highly complex analysis on the definition of strategic and operational KPIs and makes recommendations to senior leadership.
- Acts as a subject matter expert on the industry and the firm's KPIs and provides insight into industry trends.
- Leads the development of highly complex planning and modeling tools for enterprise project budgeting, return on investment analysis, strategic planning, etc.
- Performs ad-hoc reporting and analysis.
- Analyzes highly complex financial and operational information and reports, to provide accurate, timely, and actionable financial and/or performance improvement recommendations.
- Supports management decision-making and executive leadership with in-depth analysis and assessment of enterprise processes.
- Mentors more junior financial analysts on industry best practices in analysis, modeling, and reporting.
- Performs other duties as required.

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree.
- 8 years of related experience.
- Domestic and/or international travel may be required. The frequency of travel is contingent on specific duties, responsibilities, and the essential functions of the position, which may vary depending on workload and project demands.
- Equivalent additional directly related experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.
Preferred Qualifications
- 10+ years' experience in estimating revenues on Toll Projects resulting in forecasts utilized in Project Financings or 10+ years' equivalent Financial Analysis experience. -10+ years' combined experience in Project Management and Staff Management and 5+ years' experience supporting a bond program.
- 5+ years' experience in auditing and internal controls with a Public Accounting Firm or equivalent experience in a publicly traded company.
- Master's Degree in a Finance-related field or Bachelors Degree and at least one 1 year of advanced or graduate-level coursework.
- CPA with an active State of Florida license is highly preferred.
- Knowledge of and experience in leading toll revenue and financial studies, including developing financial models to assess economic feasibility.
- Knowledge of FDOT policies, procedures, and standards.
