Job Description
Cedars Floating Restaurant is a unique dining destination, offering Guests a memorable experience with its floating setting and exceptional cuisine. We're hiring a Host to greet guests and manage seating during service. As the first point of contact, you'll help create a smooth and welcoming experience from the moment guests walk in. This is a year-round position and is not seasonal.
What You'll Do
- Greet and seat guests with a warm, professional attitude
- Manage waitlists and coordinate table flow
- Communicate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure efficient seating
- Answer phones and take reservations
- Provide basic information about the menu and daily specials
What We're Looking For
- Friendly, calm, and confident in a fast-paced setting
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Reliable and punctual
- Previous host or customer service experience is helpful
- Available to work weekends and holidays
Schedule: Part-time and full-time shifts available. Must be flexible to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays based on restaurant needs.
