Responsibilities

Set goals: Set goals to encourage team members to work with enthusiasm
Provide feedback: Review employees' work and provide feedback to help them improve
Manage staffing: Determine staffing needs and oversee the hiring process
Evaluate team members: Determine if team members should be replaced or moved to different positions
Train team members: Provide training to team members
