Job Description
SUMMARY
As a RealPage VP, Insurance Product Management, you are a senior-level strategic executive managing a multi-million-dollar insurance product line within a business unit. You will be responsible for the product vision and roadmap of a large, tech-enabled insurance agency reaching millions of residents across the country. You will lead the vision, strategy, and manage GTM execution for your product lines, engage with customers and business stakeholders, and act as a business owner. You will report to the SVP/GM of the business unit.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and execute strategy for products across the lifecycle for 1-2 product lines/offerings
- Responsible for creation and operational aspects of market strategy, GTM Strategy, commercial strategy (pricing)
- Customer Engagement and Satisfaction
- Budget and Resource allocation responsibility
- Financial management - Revenue and profitability focus
- Product rationalization and prioritization
- Manages and influences cross-product dependencies for success of product
- Align and standardize product management approaches and success metrics to meet company goals and objectives
- Industry and conference speakers, thought leaders for a product line
QUALIFICATIONS
- 15+ years Industry specific domain experience and/or business/PM relevant
- 10+ years management experience
- Bachelor's Degree
