Kickstart Toddler Soccer is looking for high energy individuals who can lead toddlers through our sports based curriculum.

Kickstart Toddler Soccer is a child developmental program designed around the sport of soccer. Through our own age-specific curriculum (provided to you), players will learn to master the large motor skills of balance, coordination, and agility and then progress into the basic skills required for soccer (dribbling, shooting, etc). Other skills such as teamwork, listening skills, and more will also be emphasized.
Working days are Monday-Thursdays, and Saturdays and Sundays. Depending on your work location we will have AM and PM shifts available. Average shift is 3-4 hours.
We offer on the job training and great flexibility.
Starting training pay is $16.00/hour (Training is around 40 hours of work).
After training is complete hourly pay is $18.00-$19.00 for assistant instructors and $22.00-$39.00/hour for lead instructors.
Accepting applicants ages 16 and Up.

KICKSTART! Toddler Soccer was founded in 2010 by two coaches who shared a passion for the sport of soccer, but more importantly, a passion for kids. While training soccer players to compete at the highest levels of the game, they recognized that the development of an athlete started soon after toddlers could get on two feet and begin to move. Frank and Kelly understood that soccer was the perfect sport for beginning athletes because:
- They could play it at the youngest age groups with easy of understanding (run, kick, score) and the rules of the game are simple to learn and follow.
- Soccer is also a great developer of key athletic attributes for other sports: speed, agility, quickness, balance, vision, creativity, fitness, and more.
For these reasons, a curriculum was created that focuses on toddlers learning how to refine their large motor skills while slowly introducing soccer fundamentals. This is all done by participating in various FUN activities each class and game, through a progressive structure.

Taking great care with the knowledge that for many, this may be their first group class, we will focus on building nurturing relationships while introducing an engaging curriculum with the objective of making each KICKSTART class or game the highlight of every student’s week.
