Job Description
Here is what you will be doing each day:
The Front Office Manager oversees the Front Office Operations to achieve customer satisfaction, quality service and compliance with Corporate/Franchise policies and procedures while meeting/exceeding financial goals. You will manage the Front Office Team to include training, coaching and provide support. Communication with all departments is key to ensure customer satisfaction. You will resolve customer complaints, anticipate potential issues by reviewing and monitoring complaints, operational issues, business flow and associate’s performance to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and quality of service.
