Position: Behavior Technician (BT) – ABA TherapyLocations: RichmondSchedule: Part-Time (3:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.)Setting: Hybrid – In-Home & In-CenterAre you passionate about making a difference in children's lives? We provide full training, ongoing mentorship, and real opportunities for professional growth.Pay Incentives Starting Now!We're excited to recognize your hard work and flexibility with increased pay opportunities:
- $21/hour during training
- $25–$28/hour No experience needed
Bonus:
Effective November 16th
Weekend sessions (Saturday & Sunday):
➤ +$10.00 per billable hour on top of your current hourly clinical rate.
Effective December 1st
Monday through Friday sessions starting at 6:00 PM or later:
➤ +$5.00 per billable hour on top of your current hourly clinical rate.

What You Need:
- A passion for working with children and helping others
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
- Driver's license, auto insurance, and ability to pass a background check
