About Us:Bounce Therapy provides compassionate, high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children and families in their homes. Our goal is to empower children with developmental differences by delivering personalized, evidence-based support in natural settings. Position Summary:We are seeking energetic, reliable, and caring Behavior Technicians to join our team for in-home clients located in the Long Branch, NJ area!
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement behavior intervention plans developed by a BCBA
- Work 1:1 with children in their home environment
- Collect and record data on client behavior and skill acquisition
- Collaborate with families and other team members to support client progress
- Participate in team meetings and ongoing training
- Maintain professional and ethical standards in line with RBT and company guidelines
Qualifications:
- Current RBT certification
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or related field preferred)
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to client homes
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
- Availability during after-school hours (typically 3PM to 6PM, 4Pm to 7PM or 5PM to 8PM).
