Job Overview As an RBT at STEPS, you'll provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with Autism and developmental disabilities across home, school, and community settings. You'll work closely with a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and be supported by a collaborative, mission-driven team that invests in your success.
