This position provides professional case management and intake services to assist individuals seeking behavioral health treatment. The Case Manager will guide clients through the admissions process by conducting screenings, coordinating referrals, and ensuring timely access to appropriate services. This role emphasizes advocacy, customer service, and collaboration with clinical and administrative teams to support a smooth transition into care.Job Type/Salary:
- Open/Close dates: 11/4/25-11/11/25
- Full-time
- Hourly rate: Level III- $23.79; Level II- $22.95; Level I- $21.63
- Primary Working Hours are 3:00pm-11:00pm
- FLSA Status: Non-Exempt
- Primary Work Location/Department: Tulsa Center for Behavioral Health–Admissions
- Vacancies: 1
- Applicant must be able to pass an OSBI background check.
- Applicants must be willing and able to fulfill any job-related travel normally associated with this position and as such have a valid driver’s license.
- Certification as a Certified Behavioral Case Manager will be completed within 30 days of start date with the agency, contingent to training availability.
