Job Summary:
Responsible for the Coordination of Beverage & Chemical Repair Technician parts and equipment in warehouse setting observing all safety regulations and ensuring all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and quality standards are met while maintaining the accurate inventory of parts and equipment. Responsible for tracking data & reporting as needed. Provides administrative support for this area including the communication, paperwork and system data entry. Functions as a team member within the department and organization, as required, and perform any duties assigned to best serve the company.
Job Responsibilities:
- Operate pallet jack or PMHE as needed to move parts & equipment
- Accurately track inventory & place orders for parts & equipment as needed. Responsible for keeping the storage/work areas organized and clean.
- Provide weekly and monthly reporting on customer usage of equipment
- Provides administrative support for this area including the communication, paperwork and system data entry. Responsible for entering customer agreements into system. Professional communication with other Beverage & Chemical Associates as well as other Departments.
- May assist with basic equipment repair and servicing returned equipment
- Occasional day travel may be required
- Other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications
High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent Experience
6-12 months warehousing, inventory or equipment repair experience
Proficient knowledge of MS Outlook and Excel
Basic tool knowledge
