Bilingual Social Media & Design Unpaid Intern (Korean & English)

We are currently looking for a Bilingual Social Media & Design Unpaid Intern to join our team. This internship will provide the right candidate with an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in social media advertising, paid campaigns, and performance analytics. As part of our data-driven team, you'll work across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, X.com, Google Ads, and Meta Ads—while learning how to use tools like GA4 to track content performance and optimize strategy.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist in planning, creating, and scheduling social media content across various channels (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)
• Design marketing materials and visual assets using Canva or similar tools
• Edit short-form videos and promotional clips for social media and campaigns
• Support ongoing marketing campaigns and community engagement activities
• Research social media trends and provide creative input to enhance brand visibility
• Prepare simple weekly or monthly performance reports using Excel, Google Sheets

 POSITION REQUIREMENTS

• Familiar with Canva and basic video editing tools (e.g., CapCut, Premiere Rush, iMovie, etc.)
• Proficiency with other design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Figma) is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and a good sense of aesthetics
• Passion for Korean content, entertainment, or digital media is preferred
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE

● Highly Preferred: Bilingual in English and Korean.

● Strong interest in Asian content and the entertainment industry.

● Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

● Curious mindset with a desire to learn performance marketing tools (GA4, Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.).

● A strong interest in digital marketing and data-driven strategy.

● Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative marketing ideas.

● Proficient in social media platforms (Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, etc.).

● Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

● Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

● Basic knowledge of SEO or email marketing is a plus!
