Empower Physical Therapy is hiring a Virtual Patient Care Coordinator! Our “together we’re better” philosophy creates a supportive, collaborative culture where coming to work is something you look forward to.
This position starts with 8-12 weeks of in-person training at our Coolidge, Arizona clinic, so candidates must live within a reasonable commuting distance.

Monday–Friday, hours vary between 7 am–6 pm (PST, MST & CST), possible OT.

What You’ll Do:
- Answer calls, greet patients, and manage scheduling
- Verify insurance eligibility and benefits
- Assist with patient check-in/check-out and billing support
- Help ensure every patient feels welcome and cared for
- High school diploma or GED (required)
- 1+ year in a physical therapy or medical front office role (preferred)
- Friendly, approachable personality and great customer service skills
- Comfortable with computers, Microsoft Office, and EHR systems
- Bilingual - Spanish Speaking Required
- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Work-from-home flexibility after training
