Job Description
Essential Job Functions:
- Operates a cash register.
- Collects cash, credit/debit, comps and room charge payments from guests.
- Greets and escorts guests to dining tables.
- Performs duties according to proper service etiquette and Company and departmental standards.
- Responds to customers’ special requests or complaints; informs the supervisor on duty.
- Counts money and balances bank with cage.
- Completes and submits transaction reports and documentation.
- Answers phones; directs calls and/or provides dining information upon request.
- Provide service to internal and external customers which reflects the company culture of Satisfaction, Togetherness, Appreciation and Recognition. (S.T.A.R.)
- Responsible for immediately informing on-site IGC Agent on duty, Security and Supervisor on Duty of any Internal Control or State Regulation violations related to gaming activity of which you commit, witness or become aware; must report pursuant to company Self-Reporting Policy.
Other Job Functions:
- Provides guests the F&B outlets hours of operation and information related to casino/resort events.
- Provides room service.
- Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned.
Job Qualifications:
- Experience Required: Previous cash handling experience.
- Education Required: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
