Blaster – Job Posting
Pay Rate: $18–$22 per hour (based on experience)1st Shift: 6:30 AM – 3:30 PM2nd Shift: 3:30 PM – 1:30 AM
Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Blaster to join our production and manufacturing team. The Blaster is responsible for painting production parts to meet quality standards and specifications.

Key Responsibilities
Accept only parts properly prepared for paint
Manually move parts through painting, flashing, and drying stages
Oversee the entire paint process, including:
Mixing paints/solvents per manufacturer specifications
Operating automated mixing equipment
Applying liquid paint using electrostatic and traditional paint guns
Ensuring proper flashing/drying times
Inspecting work and reworking as needed
Cleaning and flushing paint/solvent delivery systems as required
Maintain and service paint system equipment according to schedule
Keep the paint system and work area clean and organized
Assist in all areas of the paint line
Follow established policies and procedures

Qualifications
High School diploma or GED
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Ability to perform strenuous, repetitive work
Ability to work while wearing a respirator and protective clothing
Must pass pulmonary function test and respirator fit test
Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality parts
Ability to follow oral and written instructions
