🍂 Fall Into a Rewarding Role with Treetop ABA! 🍁Position: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)Location: Albuquerque, NMSchedule: Hybrid – 3 Days In-Clinic, 2 Days Remote Salary: $80K–$110K + Quarterly Bonuses
Grow Your Career, Empower Families, and Join a Team That Truly Cares! Treetop ABA is expanding into Albuquerque — and we’re looking for an enthusiastic BCBA to help us build something amazing. This is your opportunity to join a supportive, collaborative team while enjoying the perfect mix of in-clinic interaction and remote flexibility.
You’ll work hands-on with children and families three days a week in our upcoming clinic, then enjoy two days for planning, documentation, and collaboration from home.
🌳 What You’ll Do
- Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans
- Conduct assessments and track meaningful progress
- Supervise, train, and collaborate with RBTs
- Partner closely with families to support consistency and growth
- Balance in-person client work with remote planning and coordination

- Active BCBA certification (required)

- Experience in clinic-based or hybrid ABA models
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
