Branch Finance Manager Responsibilities:
- Lead collections & lending team
- Manage delinquency & charge-off
- Demonstrate & ensure a high level of customer service
- Back up the Branch General Manager as needed
Branch Finance Manager Requirements:
- First-party consumer collections management experience
- Sub-prime collections management experience is a plus
- Computer proficiency
- Customer service focus
- Leadership ability
Branch Finance Manager Work Hours:
- No Sundays
- 5-day work week schedule
- Work most Saturdays with a weekday off
- A weekday off when a Saturday is worked
- Location hours: MO/TH/FR 9-7, 9-6 TU/WE, 9-4 SA
