Branch Manager- Watford City, ND
BNC National Bank in Watford City, ND is looking for a dynamic, relationship-driven leader to guide our presence in our community. In this role, you'll provide strategic direction, inspire and develop employees, and deliver an exceptional banking experience for every customer. The ideal candidate will bring proven leadership skills, a passion for building lasting relationships, and a solid understanding of banking operations and services.

What You'll Do:
- Build and strengthen relationships with customers, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
- Actively participate in professional organizations and community initiatives to represent BNC.
- Drive business development by expanding the branch's customer base and enhancing BNC's visibility in the community.
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of highly qualified banking professionals.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally.
- Provide referrals to other departments to meet customers' comprehensive financial needs.
- Promote and sell BNC's full suite of products and services.
- Create and execute sales plans and goals for prospect development, referrals and fee income volume, new accounts, and deposit growth.
- Oversee all branch operations and ensure compliance with bank policies and procedures.
- Originate, process, and underwrite consumer loans while maintaining a strong and balanced portfolio.

- Commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
- Preferred- Banking or Financial Services Experience:
- Leadership position, retail banking, consumer or commercial lending
Education Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- Prefer post-secondary education with a degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- This position requires the incumbent to register through the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry (NMLS) as a Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) and complete all assigned SAFE Act training.
Position Type & Pay:
- Full-time, Mon- Fri, Salary Exempt
- HIGHLY Competitive Wages - willing to negotiate based on leadership and community development expertise
- Possibility of a sign-on bonus / relocation bonus
