Summary
This role will manage and oversee branch personnel and operations, ensuring operational efficiency on a day-to-day basis. The ideal candidate should be excited about building a great team and establishing a good rapport with new and existing clients in the area. A successful candidate will value teamwork, transparency and accountability above all else.
Essential Functions
Plan, direct and coordinate the activities of the branch, ensuring operational efficiencies
Implement and ensure the integrity of operational standards and company policies

Education & Experience
Required
Bachelor's Degree
10+ years applicable job experience
Skills & Competencies
Required
Basic technology skills, including MS Office Suite
Strong communication skills, including written communication
High level organizational skills, time management skills and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment to consistently meet deadlines
