What You’ll Do:

  • Lead Branch Operations: Oversee day-to-day activities, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and excellent customer service.
  • Drive Business Development and Customer Service: Identify new opportunities, grow market share, strengthen customer relationships, and assure superior customer service.
  • Inspire Your Team: Set clear goals, provide coaching, and cultivate a culture of trust, collaboration, and high performance.
  • Manage Financials: Optimize gross margins, monitor key metrics, and use data to drive smart, strategic decisions.
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with your Branch Manager peers, Regional Sales Manager, and corporate departments in a highly collaborative and supportive culture.

What You Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred—but being a self-motivated, goal-oriented leader is a must
  • 5+ years of experience running a branch, operation, or service shop in a related industry
  • 3+ years of hands-on mechanical experience preferred; must have a solid mechanical mindset
  • Valid driver’s license required; CDL preferred—or willingness to obtain within 6 months
  • Strong business acumen, leadership skills, and a drive for growth and excellence

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to kneel, bend, squat, push, pull, and reach frequently
  • Must be able to lift and move up to 50 lbs. without assistance
  • Must be able to get in and out of various vehicles without assistance
  • Must pass a DOT physical and drug screening
