Job Title: Branch Sales Representative – Staffing Solutions

Location: Nashville, TN (On-site)

Employment Type: Full-Time

Salary: $65,000 Annually + Commission

Role Overview

The Sales Representative will be responsible for driving branch sales by generating new business, managing existing client accounts, and supporting recruiting efforts in the industrial staffing sector. The role requires a strong background in staffing industry sales and the ability to consistently exceed sales targets through proactive outreach and consultative account management.

Core Responsibilities

  1. Generate new business through prospecting, networking, cold calling, and in-person client visits.
  2. Manage and expand existing accounts by delivering value-added staffing solutions.
  3. Oversee and support the full recruitment process for temporary and temp-to-hire positions in the industrial sector.
  4. Execute targeted sales initiatives to penetrate new markets and drive revenue growth.
  5. Monitor competitor activity and local market trends to maintain a competitive advantage.
  6. Partner with internal teams to enhance branch performance and operational efficiency.
  7. Consistently meet and surpass revenue and gross margin goals.

Required Background

  1. Must have at least 2–3 years of proven sales experience within the staffing industry (temp-to-hire or industrial staffing strongly preferred).
  2. Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding quotas.
  3. Skilled in outbound sales tactics including cold calling, client presentations, and face-to-face business development.
  4. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  5. Excellent verbal communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  6. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States (no sponsorship available).

  1. Base salary $65K plus uncapped commission potential (six-figure earnings achievable in the second year).
