Job Description
We’re looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Brand Marketing Assistant to join our fast-growing Marketing & Advertising team immediately! This entry-level marketing role includes paid, hands-on training in brand promotion, consumer engagement, direct advertising, and visual merchandising.
You'll work closely with the Executive Marketing Manager and be on the front lines of driving brand growth, increasing customer engagement, and executing innovative marketing campaigns. This is a perfect opportunity for recent graduates or early-career professionals looking to launch a career in brand marketing with real potential for growth.
Key Responsibilities of the Brand Marketing Assistant:
Support daily execution and expansion of targeted marketing campaigns
Assist in implementing customer acquisition and retention strategies
Interact with external customers to deliver exceptional service
Gain hands-on experience in leadership and team management
Drive product sales through in-store promotions and retail events
Boost brand visibility via local events and experiential marketing
Coordinate and lead Brand Ambassador teams for maximum campaign impact
Engage customers, communicate brand value, and build brand loyalty
Assess customer eligibility for in-store promotions (training provided)
Generate leads and support client acquisition efforts
Collaborate with senior marketing staff on client-focused projects

Basic Requirements:
Full-time availability, including some weekends for events
Strong communication and people skills
Ability to work independently and within a team environment
Open to limited travel (1–2 weeks per year) for advanced training

2- or 4-year degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (preferred, not required)
