Pay: $16-$20 per hour (based on experience and credentials)

We are opening a brand new The Learning Experience in Canton and are hiring Infant, Toddler, Twos, and Preschool Teachers to build an amazing team from day one.

What You'll Do

As a Teacher at The Learning Experience, you will:

• Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom environment

• Implement our L.E.A.P. curriculum using fun, hands-on activities and beloved characters to make learning exciting

• Build strong relationships with children, families, and teammates

• Communicate with families regularly about their child's progress, milestones, and daily activities (including through our mobile app)

• Support each child's social, emotional, and academic development

• Help create a classroom where learning and play happen seamlessly every day

What We're Looking For

You might be a great fit if you:

• Have a genuine passion for working with young children

• Have at least 6 months to 1 year of professional teaching experience (preferred, not required for all roles)

• Have:

• An Associate's degree or higher in Early Childhood Education or a related field (preferred), or

• A High School Diploma or GED (required)

• Are warm, patient, creative, and reliable

• Enjoy working as part of a team and growing in your role

Placement will be based on your experience, credentials, and preference.

Compensation: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
